M.I.N.K Collegiate Summer Baseball League

Congratulations to the St. Joseph Mustangs the 2014 MINK League Champions and Sedalia Bombers the 2014 MINK League South Division Champions.

Winter Meetings

The MINK League winter meetings were held on Sept 27-28, 2014 in St. Joseph. Here are a few items that were discussed at the winter meetings.

1) The Omaha Diamond Spirit will not field a team for the 2015.

2) The departure of Omaha left an unbalanced league with 3 North and 5 South teams. The Sedalia Bombers will move to the MINK North in 2015 to balance out the divisions.

3) On July 9, 2015 there will be a MINK All-Star Game played in St. Joseph. More details about this exciting event will be announced soon!

4) The 2015 season will begin May 29, 2015 and conclude July 24, 2015 with the MINK Championships.

5) The MINK League has adopted a stricter code of conduct for players and coaches.

Thank you to all of the fans, players, parents, host families, and sponsors for helping make 2014 another great season. We look forward to seeing everyone in 2015!

The MINK Baseball League is a summer collegiate baseball league with eight teams throughout Missouri, Iowa, Nebraska & Kansas.

The MINK Baseball League provides a venue for college players who wish to develop their skills playing in an environment of increased competition and prepare for entering the Major League Baseball amateur draft.

All MINK Baseball League players are unpaid in order to maintain their NCAA eligibility. Each team is operated in a similar to a professional minor league baseball team, providing players an opportunity to play under the same conditions using wood bats, minor league specification baseballs, experiencing overnight road trips and playing an intense summer league schedule.
